Hello Aubry Community!

We would like to inform you of scheduled asphalt work throughout the Aubry community, which will take place from Monday, June 23 through Thursday, June 26. This essential maintenance is being coordinated to improve the quality and longevity of our roadways.

To minimize disruption, the project will be completed in four separate sections over four days, as outlined below:

Monday, June 23 – RED Zone
Tuesday, June 24 – GREEN Zone
Wednesday, June 25 – BLUE Zone
Thursday, June 26 – PURPLE Zone

You can find a detailed rotation map below, which shows the specific areas scheduled for each day.

No parking will be allowed in the designated work areas for 24 hours, we kindly ask all residents to relocate their vehicles on the assigned day to allow the crew to complete the work safely and efficiently. Vehicles left in work zones will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Please be advised that driving on wet asphalt during the scheduled resurfacing work is strictly prohibited. Doing so can cause significant damage to the newly paved surface.

Any resident found driving on or otherwise damaging the wet asphalt may be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs.
